The rollercoaster ride from here until the end of the school year
Hi, Friend!
The time of year has come when it starts to feel like a rollercoaster ride from here until the end of the school year. All you can do is just hold on for dear life!
I want to do my very best to avoid as much stress and anxiety as possible associated with this busy time. I want to say no to things that won’t bring me joy or feel like they just don’t fit in our schedule. I want to cross things off my list that might be nice-to-have but not necessary. I want to knock things out in advance without urgency or pressure. I want to savor all the fun things I do have on my calendar: Saturday Suppers, work trips to amazing cities, band rehearsals, meals with friends, etc.
It’s definitely not easy but it at least feels possible!

How I’m Squeezing More Cruciferous Vegetables into My Diet: frozen cauliflower in my smoothies, arugula or kale salad (sometimes with purple cabbage) at lunch, roasted broccoli or cauliflower with dinner.
